"Thick, soft and creamy, Yackandandah lemon curds have a wonderfully sweet, tart flavour. Traditionally used as a spread for scones, we use our curds to fill tarts, pies, cakes and as part of triffle; although our real favourite is Yackandandah lemon curd spread on fresh, white, crusty bread with a cup of tea or coffee.
Yackandandah Curds originated from a small farm near Yackandandah in regional Victoria. Our emphasis has always been on fresh and natural ingredients in concert with the latest processing technology.
