1. Sauté chopped onions in butter or margarine
until lightly browned. Add Pierogis and diced bacon
and toss gently. Top with sour cream and garnish
with chives or parsley.
2. Alternatively, serve Pierogi on bed of sautéed
red cabbage and top with sour cream.
