"Shincha (shin-cha), our highest-grade, single origin Australian green tea, is made from young first-harvest spring leaves. Bursting with flavour and nutrients, these delicate leaves have a lively, grassy-fresh, vegetal taste. This unique ‘spring tea’ is perfect as a morning or afternoon pick-me-up. If you like a classic green tea without bitterness, you’ll love this style. It’s great hot but for something really special, we recommend cold brewing this style.
Shincha won a Silver Medal at the 2017 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and a Bronze Medal at the 2018 Royal Hobart Fine Food Show.
