He soon established a popular restaurant in Brisbane which he owned and operated for many years.
After winning many awards, Chris was determined to share his passion for his native cuisine with all Australians. In 2004 he formed a partnership with Flavour Makers, a young and successful food manufacturing business. From this partnership, Passage Foods was born.

What You'll Need
600g sliced Chicken -Also great with Beef, pork, vegetables or Seafood
cup mixed Vegetables – Snow Peas & Sliced Carrot
1 cup Asian green vegetables - Chinese broccoli, bok choy
2 cups steamed long grain rice or noodles
Method of Preparation
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
Serve with steamed long-grain rice or noodles.
