Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Gluten Free Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt], Garlic (4%), Vegetable Powders, Salt, Black Bean Sauce Powder (2%) [contains Soy], Corn Starch, Sesame Oil, Spices, Burnt Sugar, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Natural Colour (Paprika Extract).

What You'll Need
-600g sliced Chicken (Also great with Beef, pork, vegetables or Seafood)
-1 cup asian green Vegetables - Chinese Broccoli & Bok Choy
-1 cup mixed Vegetables – sliced Carrots & Snow peas
-2 cups of steamed LONG GRAIN rice or noodles
Method of Preparation
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
2. Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
5. Serve with steamed Long grain rice or noodles.
