
Traditional Udon Noodles. Udon has been popular in Japan since the 14th century. Udon is easy to prepare and has an unmatched taste and texture. A delight used either hot or cold. Use in hot soups, stir fried with vegetables and cold in salads.
Cooking instructions: Bring 2 litres of water to a rapid boil. Add the noodles little by little to avoid clumping. Stir. Return to the boil, cook for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
